The 2014/2015 (PUTME) in Federal University Otuoke has been successfully concluded.
The 2 – day examination which had begun on Friday 8th August 2014 ended on Saturday 9th August 2014.
About 389 candidates out of 1578 sat for the Aptitude Test on day – 2 in the (Other Choices) category i.e. those who did not choose FUO as 1st choice in JAMB.
The crowd on day two paled in comparison to that of day – one where candidates swamped the main campus – venue for the PUTME.
Candidates underwent the same process that were obtainable on the 1st day of PUTME although there were abnormal cases of late registration, incomplete/ missing data and other related cases, which were promptly attended to and resolved by the VC and the ICT Verification Team.
The PUTME for the final day started and finished earlier than that of the previous day (10:30am – 12noon).
Speaking on the general conduct of the FUO 2014/2015 PUTME, the Admissions Officer, Mr. Lawrence Orosola during an interview with FUO Media Team said the examination has been adjudged as free and fair, after intense preparations by the University.
He commended the Vice Chancellor Prof. Mobolaji Aluko for his support and contributions, using his wealth of experience for the general process of the examination.
Mr. Orosola stated that Federal University Otuoke is poised to ensure that all examinations conducted within the school are well conducted.
The results have since been collated and graded. Candidates who wrote the examination are expected to get their results through text messageon the same day of the examination.
