The Vice Chancellor Federal University Otuoke has charged the International Society of Comparative Education, Science and Technology to find areas of collaboration with the new Institution.
Prof. Aluko said this when members of International Society of Comparative Education, Science and Technology (ISCEST) paid a visit to the University.
The Vice Chancellor who reiterated his desire to build a world class University said collaboration with reputable bodies like ISCEST will help to achieve this feat in the Niger Delta region.
The leader of the group, Prof. Steve Azaiki lauded the developmental stride of the management of the Federal University Otuoke, he however assured of the group’s readiness to partner with the new University.
The International Society of Comparative Education, Science and Technology held its Inaugural Conference in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital with the theme “Educating the Educators, Sharing Experiences: Emerging Paradigms, Pedagogies and Science”.
ISCEST is a scholarly association dedicated to promoting comparative education, science and technology, as well as enhancing the academic status of these fields.
The society also seeks to deepen an understanding of educational, Scientific and technological issues, trends and policies through comparative, national and international perspectives.
The conference however brought together intellectuals across the globe to brainstorm on divergent research fields.
