The Vice Chancellor Federal University Otuoke, Prof. Mobolaji Aluko says he is hopeful that the twelve Programmes currently run by the university will be accredited by the National Universities Commission.
VC Aluko expressed this while speaking with journalists in his office at Otuoke Ogbia Council Area, Bayelsa State.
Prof Aluko who said accreditation is essential in the university system noted that the university prepared well to ensure all Programmes in the university passed accreditation.
The Vice chancellor who said the institution adhered to the rubrics for assessment of universities by NUC during accreditation expressed confidence that FUO did well in the NUC accreditation.
Four different panels were at FUO from NUC to review different Programmes in the new university from Monday 16th through Friday 20th November, 2015
