Campus Development
The university is on course in the development of its Master Plan to a standard befitting of a world-class university, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and masterfully built. Below is the proposed land-use plan of the university:

The permanent site of the university, a 200-hectare near-rectangular plot of land at the outskirts of Otuoke, being developed from scratch, on grounds that are attested to be primary and secondary forests, at various points.

The Otuoke Community has voluntarily embarked on an eight-structure project on a 15-ha portion of the permanent site, featuring 1 Library, 3 Faculty buildings, 2 lecture theaters and 2 laboratories.

In addition, a ten-bungalow site about 400 meters from the temporary site has been turned over to the university, which it intends to use for temporary administrative offices, hostels for women, a sick-bay, a cafeteria.
