Dr. Harry, Patricia Gad Nkawuuk hails from Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State. She is a Pediatric Nurse, Community Health Practitioner, Nurse Administrator and Nurse Educator. She holds a Ph.D. in Community Health and Safety Studies and Master of Science in Human Kinetics, Health and Safety Studies (Community Health & Safety Studies) from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni; Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Master of Science in Nursing from Martinville University, Los Angeles, United States of America; Master of Science in Nursing Pediatrics from Charisma University, Turks & Caicos Islands; Master of Science in Nursing Education from Saint Monica University Cameroon; Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Registered Nurse Educator) and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from theNational Open University of Nigeria; Diploma in Nursing Administration & Management (Registered Nurse Administrator) from University of Benin and Diploma in Pediatric Nursing & Management (Registered Pediatric Nurse) from University of Benin Teaching Hospital Benin City, Edo State.
Dr. Harry has a passion for pediatric nursing, nursing administration, Nursing Education and community health and safety. In terms of professional experience, Dr. Harry has over 30years of experience as a Pediatric nurse and worked at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where she has held various leadership positions, including Head of Nursing Services, Head of Department for the School of Post Basic Nursing Studies, Deputy Director of Nursing Services, and Assistant Director of Administration Nursing Services. She has also served as an internal and external examiner for nursing programs at other institutions.
