DR. AZIBAOLA KESIYE INENGITE

BRIEF PROFILE

Dr. A.K. Inengite is an Associate Professor of Analytical Chemistry, engaged in teaching and research as an Adjunct Lecturer with the Department of Chemistry, Federal University Otuoke. He is interested in applying science, nature and knowledge to solve environmental and analytical problems. He is presently focusing on modeling the relationships between chemical compositions of matter and their physicochemical properties for applications in Environmental Evaluation, Assessment and Investigation. He researches also in the use of plant biomass and other materials for the removal of organic and inorganic pollutants from water and the remediation of environmental contamination. Presently, he supervises a PhD student, two MSc students and several undergraduate project students. He is a Chartered Chemist (ICCON) and a member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN). He is also member of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) and the Association of Environmental Impact Assessment of Nigeria (AEIAN). Dr. A. K. Inengite is an Environmental Consultant to reputable Nigerian firms and voluntarily renders service to mankind and society.
