Dr. Jack, Jackson T.C.B
BRIEF PROFILE:
Dr. Jack, Jackson T.C.B is a Lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He obtained the BSc degree in Sociology, First Class Honours from the Niger Delta University (2009) and later proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt where he obtained the MSc in Sociology of Development (2014) and the PhD in Sociology of Development (2019). His research areas include environmental sociology, socio-ecological resilience, indigenous knowledge systems, climate change, resource governance, peace and security studies. He has made significant scholarly contributions in this research areas in book chapters, conference papers and publication in reputable local and international journals. In 2015 he gained full employment with the Federal University Otuoke as a lecturer in the department of Sociology and Anthropology. He is a member of the Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Practitioners Association (NASA) and International Sociological Association (ISA).
