Dr. James Nwabianke Onukwu
Dr. James Onukwu holds a Bachelor Degree in Education Administration and Planning (B.Ed)from the Ebonyi State University Abakaliki, a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management , Master Degree in Education Administration/Personnel Management (M.Ed) from the University of Lagos , Doctor of Philosophy in Education Administration(PhD) from the University of Benin. He is a Member of the Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration and Management, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Member, Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning, a registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria(TRCN). He is experienced in human resource management practices in both public and private sectors and currently a Lecturer at the Department of Arts Education, Federal University Otuoke. He is a good team player with strong background in administrative and employee relations. He has over 27 publications in both international, national and local reputable journals. His research interest include Reward and Job commitment,Personnel Management, Education Administration, Teaching Methodology and Peace Education. Dr. James Onukwu has just been appointed a Visiting Scholar to educational Psychology department at Washington State University, Pullman for one year.
