DR. RUBY OFREY

Born 28th of July 1952, married to Chief Dr. Ofrey Kulo with 3 children. Obtained N.C.E and B.Sc in Educational Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria 1973 and 1976 respectively, M.Sc in Educational Administration from University of Ibadan 1982, and Ph.D in Educational Management from University of Ibadan in 1989. Since then, I have had 44 years of work experience ranging from class room teacher (1977-1991)in 3 schools, Vice Principal in 3 schools (1991-1996), as well as working as the principal investigator of Integrated Family Life Education (IFLE) (1996-2002) where I got a grant from the NGO MacArthur Foundation after which I worked as a Cluster coordinator, GMoU implementation team, Bayelsa and played other roles in Shell Development Company from 2002- May 2008. I have also worked as a Senior lecturer contract staff  in Niger Delta University (October 2008-2019)  after that, I moved to Federal University Otueke from 2, September 2019 Till date. I have also participated and organized quite a number of Educational conferences. I love dancing, swimming and reading, I am also a Same in the Anglican Communion.
