MR. CHIMERE EZEKWE
BRIEF PROFILE
Chimere Ezekwe is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Chemistry from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (2019), and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Imo State University Owerri (2012).
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Mr. Ezekwe’s research interests revolve around the fate and effects of organic contaminants and heavy metal in the environment. He is passionate about understanding how these pollutants impact ecosystems and human health. Additionally, Mr. Ezekwe has a keen interest in Green Chemistry: principles and practices. He explores sustainable and environmentally friendly approaches to chemical processes, aiming to minimize their impact on the environment and promote a more sustainable future.
