The Physical Planning Unit is headed by a Deputy Director who is the Coordinator, a graduate of Quantity Surveying with eighteen (18) years of working experience. Mr. Kenigbolo is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quality Surveyor (NIQS), Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuer (NIEVS), Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON)
