James .k. Anekwe, is a lecturer with the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences, Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He is a doctoral degree student with specialty in Public Administration and Local Government (Human resource management) at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration and Local Government from the University of Nigeria, Nssukka (UNN) and a B.Sc degree in Public Administration with Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, formerly known and called Anambra State University. He has served in different committees in the Federal University Otuoke, also performed community services as Collation Officer, SPO, Returning officer etc, for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He has published with both Local and international journals. He is happily married with kids. Anekwe James is a member of Nigeria Political Science Association (NPSA), and member Political science association south-south (NPSA-SS), Also member Society for Research and Academic Excellence and many more learned societies. James k. Anekwe has attended numerous seminars and workshops and has presented papers in many academic conferences, especially in Nigeria. He has published extensively in many reputable journals (local and international). Also He has contributed in many learned books of reading, some of which are well cited. He is a native of Nibo in Awka south Local Government Area Anambra State, Nigeria.
