Mrs. E. O. Akhigbe is an independent researcher and a Lecturer in the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State.
She obtained a National diploma in science laboratory Technology (SLT) from Auchi Federal Polytechnic in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science (Botany) degree (B.Sc. Hons.) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2009 both in Edo State, Nigeria.
She proceeded to the University of Benin, Nigeria where she acquired the Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry in 2019. Mrs. Esther Akhigbe is currently a doctoral candidate at Federal University, Otuoke, Yenagoa.
