Mr. Abiobele Odio, the Acting Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Federal University Otuoke, holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from River State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Osun State.
Before joining the services of Federal University Otuoke, he was the Group Head of ICT and Technical with Silverbird Communications Limited, Lagos. Until his appointment as Acting Director of ICT in 2021, he was the Acting Deputy Director of ICT, Federal University Otuoke
