Prof. Emmanuel Akpan

Emmanuel S. Akpan is a Professor of Banking and Finance. A professional banker, Treasury Manager and Accountant. He is also a Lawyer in Equity. He had worked with the defunct Allied Bank Plc., Security projects Ltd, and University of Calabar. He started his academic career in 1999 in the University of Calabar and later moved to Federal University Otuoke where he is till date. He is widely published in both local and foreign referred Journals. Professor Akpan has held various University positions both in the University of Calabar and the Federal University Otuoke, where he is currently the Director of Research and Quality Assurance.
